For a few years, before the current owner took over Miramonte Lodge management, the staff that did everything good us residents ... were Nicole and Alyssa. They were responsive, kind and ran the whole show without any manager onsite. When they didn't know something, they figured it out. Without them I've not have stayed. Alyssa is no longer here. I wanted to take time to recognize the quality care I received from the staff of Miramonte while I was a resident there. ... On day one, when my daughter and I toured the place with Jordan, he was patient, answered all of our questions and you could tell he had a lot of pride in the property. I knew Miramonte was the place for me right then and there. Over my stay there any inhteraction with the staff, whether maintenance, office worker or management, I was always treated with care, concern and reassurance that their goal was to make their tenant's lives as easy as possible. Sadly, due to personal reasons I had to relocate. The staff explained all I needed to know about moving out, worked with my timeline and expressed genuine concern for my well being. I will truly miss the staff there and the quality of care they show for their complex. Thank you for everything Jordan, Tyler and the rest of the Miramonte Crew.
